Gezocht huur woning, voor de lange termijn huur !!!?

woning aan de costa blanca, het liefst tustig gelegen mag in de campo!! ( in de bergen)

Momenteel woon ik in altea la vella in el campo maar daar kan ik tot eind december blijven.

Ik ben een rustige man begin 50 jaar.
Geen roker, geen huisdieren.
Netjes en punctueel met het nakomen van mijn betaling verplichtingen.

Goede referenties!! hier in Spanje.
Ik kan aantoonbaar laten zien dat ik altijd netjes betaal en op tijd.

Ik ben opzoek naar een rustig gelegen woning aan de Costa blanca op een contract voor lange termijn ( jaren)

Hoeft geen grote woning te zijn ( mag wel), 1 slaapkamer zou al voldoende zijn.

Of een groot huis ( familie huis) met 2 aparte ingangen zodat ik het kan delen met iemand

Omgeving rondom Altea dus kan Alfaz del pi zijn of la nucia, albir,altea la vella, callosa de ensaria, guadalest, finistrat, javéa, Moraira, Jalón vallei, Tarbena, teulada, fleix,enz.

Mag ook iets in het binnenland zijn.

Ik zoek echt rust,dus mag ook iets off grid zijn in el campo omgeving Jalon vallei is ook erg mooi.

Heeft u of weet u een woning te huur voor lange termijn ( jaren) stuurt u mij dan een berichtje via messenger.

Onderhoud van woning en of tuin kan ikzelf doen of eventueel verbeteren van woning en of tuin is een mogelijkheid.

Ik heb zelf altijd een aannemers en hoveniers bedrijf gehad.

Uiteraard draag ik goede zorg voor uw eigendom.

Eventueel sta ik open om bij iemand die hulp kan gebruiken bij dagelijkse zaken of bij het onderhoud van huis en of terrein in te wonen.

Alleen wanneer het huis geschikt is voor dubbele bewoning met aparte ingangen, of tweede huisje op uw terrein.

Ook sta ik er voor open om samen met iemand een zogenaamd familiehuis te huren met aparte ingangen en deze dan te delen.

Una propiedad en la Costa Blanca, preferiblemente en una zona tranquila, idealmente en el campo (en la montaña).

Busco una propiedad tranquila en la Costa Blanca con un contrato de larga duración (varios años).

No tiene por qué ser una propiedad grande (aunque podría serlo); una habitación individual sería suficiente.

O una casa grande (familiar) con dos entradas independientes para poder compartirla.

La zona alrededor de Altea podría incluir Alfaz del Pi, La Nucía, Albir, Altea la Vella, Callosa de Ensaria, Guadalest, Finistrat, Jávea, Moraira, el Valle de Jalón, Tarbena, Teulada, Fleix, etc.

También considero una opción en el interior.

Busco tranquilidad, así que una casa autosuficiente en El Campo, cerca del Valle de Jalón, me parece ideal.
