Perfect your audio with the addition of Lucid’s AD9624 and DA9624
to your recording system. Each of these half rack-sized converters
bridges the gap between analog and digital equipment with transpar-
ent audio conversion. True 24-bit resolution assures full dynamic
range in both analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog signal paths.
Both units offer stereo 96 kHz conversion for maximum sampling
bandwidth. The AD9624’s noise shaping options preserve the clarity
of low-level 16-bit material without added distortion.
Multiple connections for flexible operation.
The AD9624 accepts input through XLR connectors, and output of its
digital bit stream can flow simultaneously through AES3, S/PDIF
coaxial and optical connections for recording to two formats. Or you
can simply maintain multiple connections for a flexible setup. The
DA9624 receives input through these same three connector types. It
delivers analog output through XLR and 1/4" connectors for interfacing
with balanced or unbalanced equipment. An additional front panel
headphone output provides a convenient way to monitor audio levels.
Finishing touches make all the difference.
Easy-to-read 20-segment LED ladders on both converters show you
exactly where to set I/O controls for optimal A/D and D/A conversion.
Rack the AD9624 next to the DA9624 using a Lucid RM-4 rackmount
tray or use either unit on its own for your specific interface requirements
